Participants will describe their feelings as they navigate your site. Do all participants feel safe, comfortable, and welcome? This will help you determine if and how you would like to make changes to your site.

Build Collaborative Partnerships

Site staff and BFF facilitators (including those with mobility challenges),   will collaborate on facilitating the Discovery. This is a fun experience, one well worth the 90 minutes of time that Discoveries take. Shared understandings of accessibility,  inclusion, and universal design grow opportunities for lasting partnerships.

The Discovery can help you identify features of your site that are difficult for some users to navigate. By making your site more accessible and user friendly, you ensure that all people can navigate and use your site effectively and comfortably.
